322bd Platform Rules

By accessing the 322bd website at https://322bd.app, creating a player account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or participating in any promotion offered by 322bd, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the 322bd Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated into this agreement by reference.

322bd reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior individual notice to players. Any amendments will be published on this page with a revised effective date. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Your continued use of the platform following the publication of any changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

These Terms & Conditions are written in English. In the event of any discrepancy arising from translation or interpretation, the English-language version shall take precedence.

2.1 Minimum Age

The 322bd platform is strictly intended for adults. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account, deposit funds, or participate in any betting or gaming activity on the platform. By creating an account, you warrant and represent that you are 18 years of age or older. 322bd reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time and to suspend or permanently close any account where the age-verification check is not satisfactorily completed.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

322bd primarily serves players located in Bangladesh, including those in Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Rajshahi, Khulna, Barisal, Rangpur, Mymensingh, and Cox's Bazar. It is the player's sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the 322bd platform is lawful in their jurisdiction. 322bd makes no representation that use of the platform is legal in all locations and accepts no liability for any player who accesses the platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited.

2.3 One Account Per Person

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one registered account on the 322bd platform. Duplicate or multiple accounts belonging to the same individual — identified by name, address, payment method, IP address, device fingerprint, or other matching identifier — will be treated as a violation of these Terms & Conditions. All duplicate accounts may be closed without notice, any bonuses claimed across those accounts will be voided, and winnings derived from bonus funds may be forfeited.

3.1 Registration Requirements

To open a player account with 322bd, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid contact method. You are required to keep your registration information up to date. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account suspension.

3.2 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

322bd operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process to protect the integrity of the platform and the security of all players. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents at any time, including at the point of withdrawal:

• A government-issued photo identity document (National ID card, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence)
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., screenshot of bKash or Nagad account linked to your registered mobile number)

Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by 322bd may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is complete. 322bd will handle all submitted documents in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

3.3 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or any two-factor authentication codes with any third party. 322bd will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify 322bd support immediately via live chat.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

322bd accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 322bd does not currently accept deposits or process withdrawals in any other currency.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit amount for mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) is ৳200. The minimum deposit amount for bank transfer methods (Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank) is ৳500. Maximum deposit limits may apply and vary based on the payment method selected and the verification status of your account. Players who have not completed full KYC verification may be subject to reduced deposit and withdrawal limits.

4.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via mobile wallet (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are credited to your 322bd account in real time upon successful processing by the payment provider. Deposits via bank transfer may take up to one business day to appear in your account balance, depending on the originating bank's processing times. 322bd is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banks.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed back to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• Mobile wallets (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay): Within 24 hours of approval
• Bank transfers (Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank): Within 1–3 business days of approval

All withdrawals are subject to completion of KYC verification. 322bd reserves the right to carry out additional security checks before approving any withdrawal request. Processing times quoted above begin from the point at which all required verification steps have been completed satisfactorily.

5.1 General Bonus Terms

322bd offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and tournament prize pools. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be stated clearly on the relevant promotional page at the time the bonus is offered. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall take precedence for matters relating to that promotion only.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, all bonuses awarded by 322bd are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements will be clearly stated in multiples of the bonus amount (e.g., a 30x wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus means ৳30,000 in qualifying bets must be placed before withdrawal is permitted). The specific games and bet types that contribute toward wagering requirements will be listed in the individual promotion terms.

5.3 Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses are available to eligible players only. A player may be ineligible for a specific bonus if they have previously abused promotional offers, hold multiple accounts, have been subject to account restrictions, or do not meet the minimum deposit threshold for the relevant promotion. 322bd reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.

5.4 Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate bonuses — including but not limited to using multiple accounts to claim the same offer, placing offsetting bets to reduce risk while meeting wagering requirements (known as "bonus hunting" or "bonus whoring"), or coordinating with other players to abuse promotions collectively — constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. In such cases, 322bd may void any bonuses, cancel any pending withdrawals derived from bonus funds, and permanently close the accounts involved.

5.5 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses and free spins carry an expiry date. Bonus funds and associated winnings that have not been used or wagered through within the specified validity period will be forfeited automatically. The expiry period for each bonus will be stated in the specific promotion terms at the time of offer.

The following actions are expressly prohibited on the 322bd platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct may have their account suspended or permanently closed, any winnings forfeited, and any deposits returned at 322bd's discretion:

• Registering more than one account, or allowing another person to operate an account on your behalf
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification
• Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age
• Using automated bots, scripts, software, or any other automated means to interact with the platform, place bets, or claim bonuses
• Attempting to gain an unfair advantage through technical exploits, software vulnerabilities, or errors in the platform
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or use of inside information in sports betting markets
• Using the 322bd platform for any form of money laundering, financial fraud, or other criminal activity
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the 322bd platform
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward 322bd staff or other players
• Charging back or disputing legitimate transactions with your payment provider without first contacting 322bd support to attempt resolution

322bd actively monitors the platform for suspicious activity and cooperates fully with relevant authorities where illegal conduct is identified. Accounts subject to active investigation may be temporarily suspended pending the outcome of that investigation.

All content on the 322bd platform — including but not limited to the 322bd brand name, logo, website design, graphics, user interface elements, written content, promotional materials, and software — is the intellectual property of 322bd or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 322bd platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, perform, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the 322bd platform without the prior written consent of 322bd.

Game content provided by third-party game studios — including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi — remains the intellectual property of those respective studios and is used by 322bd under licence. No rights to that content are transferred to the player at any time.

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you submit to 322bd regarding the platform may be used by 322bd freely and without obligation to compensate you.

8.1 Platform Availability

322bd endeavours to maintain uninterrupted access to the platform but does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times. Scheduled maintenance, technical failures, third-party service outages, or circumstances beyond 322bd's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability. 322bd will not be liable for any losses — including loss of winnings, missed betting opportunities, or data loss — arising from platform downtime.

8.2 Game Errors and Malfunctions

In the event that a game or betting market experiences a malfunction, error, or displays incorrect odds or payout information due to a technical fault, 322bd reserves the right to void all bets or wagers affected by that error. Any winnings generated from a game malfunction or incorrectly displayed odds will not be paid. 322bd's decision in such matters is final.

8.3 General Liability Cap

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 322bd's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 calendar days preceding the event giving rise to the claim, excluding any bonus funds. 322bd shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages.

8.4 Third-Party Services

322bd is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or reliability of third-party payment services (including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or any banking partner) or third-party game content providers. Any issues arising from third-party services should be directed to the relevant third party in the first instance, although 322bd's support team will make reasonable efforts to assist where possible.

9.1 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request the closure of your 322bd account at any time by contacting the customer support team via live chat. Before your account can be closed, all pending withdrawals must be processed and any active self-exclusion periods must be noted in your records. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method subject to completion of KYC verification.

9.2 Involuntary Suspension or Closure

322bd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms & Conditions, suspected fraudulent activity, suspected money laundering, failure to complete KYC verification within the specified timeframe, use of the platform by a person under 18 years of age, or any other conduct that 322bd reasonably considers to be harmful to the platform, other players, or third parties.

9.3 Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion period through the Account Settings page or by contacting the support team. Self-exclusion periods are available for 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. During a self-exclusion period, the account will be fully locked and cannot be reopened until the exclusion period has expired. Requests to lift a self-exclusion early will not be processed. 10.1 Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of your 322bd account or the platform, you should contact the 322bd customer support team in the first instance via live chat. Our support team will acknowledge your complaint and aim to provide an initial response within 24 hours Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6). We are committed to resolving player complaints fairly, transparently, and in a timely manner.

10.2 Escalation

If you are not satisfied with the resolution provided by the 322bd support team, you may escalate your complaint by submitting a written description of your grievance to the platform's designated complaints email address listed in the Help section of your account dashboard. Escalated complaints will be reviewed by a senior member of the compliance team and a written response will be provided within 7 business days.

10.3 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. 322bd makes no representation that the platform or its services are appropriate or available for use in jurisdictions other than those it specifically targets, and players access the platform from other jurisdictions entirely at their own risk and responsibility.

10.4 Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and 322bd with respect to your use of the platform, and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings between the parties relating to the same subject matter.
